How to Verify YouTube Account

  4. Select your country and then select whether you want to get a phone call or text and you will get a verification code.
  5. If you choose the phone call option, press on Confirm.
  6. Enter your phone number and press Submit.
  7. When you receive the six-digit verification code, type it in the text box and click Submit.

When you go through this process, you will receive a confirmation message. Press Continue for return to the status and features page of your account.
At the screen, you will see the word verified, along with a check mark, appear under your channel name.
